Shipping costs

Regardless of the country you are in, we adjust the shipping costs to the amount of your purchase. Simple as that!

  • FREE - Starting at 59.99? shopping
  • 4,99? - For purchases over 29.99 ?, the amount of our minimum order.
In the particular case of Ireland, and due to our headquarters in Dublin, shipments are free from € 25. Purchases with a lower amount can be collected locally.

Delivery time

Deliveries will be made through the parcel transport company that collaborates with Spanish Bridge LTD. The package will be delivered in 3 or 4 business days from when it leaves our warehouses, and delays may occur due to causes that affect the transport of goods.

When you place your order you will receive an email from the transport company (a company associated with Spanish Bridge LTD) with the necessary information to track it.

Cancellation policy

Our main goal is always customer satisfaction.

You can cancel your order at any time before we ship your merchandise. Get in touch with us through [email protected] and tell us the number of your order. We will proceed to cancel the shipment and the corresponding return.

In case of cancellation by the customer after the first shipping attempt, the refund of the order amount minus 6? of shipping costs generated.

In Ireland (YourWine)

Our shipments in Ireland, processed through our headquarters in Dublin (YW), are all free.

* More than 25 ?: you can choose to pick up the order yourself (24 business hours) at our Dublin location 115A Lagan road (corner with Boyne road, gray building) from Monday to Friday (9am to 4pm), or receive it at home in 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) with our own couriers in Dublin or DPD outside of Dublin.

Delivery times are from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. You will receive an email with information about your delivery and allowing you to change the delivery date and / or address.

* For the correct operation of our service, on the day of delivery an email will be sent to the client with the delivery time range. We advise you to check the delivery date according to the time and day of the order (see table below), as well as to be aware of the email with the information about your delivery. In the event of a failed delivery, due to the customer not being at the delivery address or not providing an alternative delivery location in Dublin, the order will be returned to our warehouses in Dublin where it can be picked up by the customer when it is most convenient for him. Due to the cost of the 24-hour service in Dublin, a second free shipment will not be processed.

Estimated delivery times in Dublin and Ireland (more than 25?). In periods of high demand these times can be delayed up to 24 hours; in this case the client will be informed of the day the order will be delivered in advance.
